Stéphanie Lassonde has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Stéphanie is currently working at Pomerleau as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Partnerships Development at the Douglas Research Centre, where they focused on bringing together researchers and entrepreneurs to work on innovative projects for mental health improvement. Stéphanie has also worked at SNC-Lavalin as the Infrastructure Engineering Senior Communications Director and Manager of Communications for the New Champlain Bridge Project. In addition, they have experience as a Consultant and Strategist for Lassonde Consulting, where they oversaw communications for various initiatives, including a homelessness survey in Montreal. Stéphanie has also worked at the Mental Health Commission of Canada as the Director of Communications and at the Institut universitaire en santé mentale Douglas as the Chief of Communications and Public Affairs. Prior to these roles, they began their career at Cossette as an Account Executive, where they managed sponsorship contracts and integrated communications plans for large organizations.

Stéphanie Lassonde completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from McGill University between 1991 and 1995. Stéphanie also obtained a Certificate in Public Relations from Université de Montréal, which they completed in 2003. In 2019, they pursued Entrepreneurial Studies at HEC Montréal, and in 2020, they attended Harvard Medical School for an Executive Education course in Leading Digital Transformation in Health Care.
