Charlotte Derue

Charlotte Derue has a diverse work experience in various companies. Charlotte started their career as a Commis de salle at Hôtel La Mirande in 2014, where they worked in the restaurant and bar, as well as catering for large events. Charlotte then worked as an Assistante développement commercial at Potel et Chabot in 2015 before joining Majestic Hotel Group in 2016 as Room service et hôtesse d'accueil au bar de la Dolce Vitae for a short period. Charlotte also worked as an Assistante commercial évènementiel at Groupe Bertrand during the same year.

In 2017, they joined Privateaser and held multiple roles, including Chargée de relation client particuliers and Chargée de relation client évènementiel Corporate. Charlotte later became the Team Lead - Corporate Customer Success & SDR, and then Head of Corporate Operations. Their last role at Privateaser was the Head of Onboarding, which they held from September 2020 to October 2021.

In 2021, Charlotte joined Hey Pongo as the Directrice des opérations, where they managed operational teams including CSM, Support, and Operations. Their responsibilities included defining objectives and priorities, improving processes, tools, and strategies. Currently, they hold the position of Chief of Staff at Hey Pongo, starting in September 2022.

Charlotte Derue has a Bachelor's degree in International Hotel and Restaurant Management from Institut Paul Bocuse, which they earned between 2013 and 2016. In 2015, they also pursued a Licence Professionnelle in International Hotel and Restaurant Management at Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III). Prior to that, they completed their Baccalauréat in Economics and Social Sciences at Lycée Charles de Foucauld from 2010 to 2013. In April 2015, they obtained a certification in Wine Knowledge and Tasting from Unviversité du vin, Suze-La-Rousse.
