Ivan Gospodinov has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ivan started their career in 2011 as a Customer Service Representative at TELUS International. From there, they moved on to roles such as Editor International Affairs at Zapaday - Future news and events, Sales Orders Support Specialist at Interoute, and Customer Success Manager at Mailjet. At Mailjet, they progressed to the role of Senior Customer Success Manager Strategic Clients before joining Pontica Solutions.
