Silvana Blaser

Silvana Blaser serves as the People Director and Human Resources Director at Jalasoft since March 2021. Additionally, Silvana has held the position of Professor Titular at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina in the Faculty of Economic Sciences since 2013. Prior roles include Head of Human Resources at SNP Latam (January 2019 - March 2021), Gerente de Recursos Humanos at ADEPCON (2015 - December 2018), and Talent Manager at Deloitte Argentina (2011 - 2015), where Silvana managed training for Argentina, Bolivia, and Paraguay. Before that, Silvana was responsible for human resources at Phynx/Movistar (2007 - 2011) involving recruitment, onboarding, and leadership programs. Starting as an Analyst for Training and Change Management at Consultora Bernardo Blejmar & Asociados (2005 - 2007), Silvana worked with notable companies such as Petrobras and AMIA. Silvana also served as a docente at Universidad Católica de Salta in Leadership and High Public Management from April 2004 to December 2005. Silvana holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires, earned between 1996 and 2001.
