Sergio Gabriel Martinez

Sergio Gabriel Martinez has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as the Director of Integral Management of SMEs and Human Resources Development at Dinamo since June 2011. Martinez combines academic and practical expertise as a faculty member and researcher at multiple institutions, including Universidad Blas Pascal, Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador, and Universidad Tecnológica Nacional. Additionally, Martinez co-founded tribu360, a software platform aimed at enhancing talent development and workplace conditions. Previously, Martinez held management roles in human resources at Kolektor and Manager S.A. Martinez holds an MBA from Escuela de Negocios José Giai - UE Siglo 21, along with degrees in Psychology and various specializations in business and human resources management.
