Chelsea Rosario

Chelsea Rosario, PMP, currently serves as the Global Head of Customer eXperience and Program Director at Pontoon Solutions since October 2021. Prior to this role, Chelsea held the position of Senior Principal Consultant for Client Engagement at Chateau Consulting Solutions from June 2021 to October 2021 and was Vice President Of Professional Services at Volt Consulting Group from February 2001 to May 2021. During the tenure at Volt Consulting Group, Chelsea established a Professional Services Organization, including a Project Management Office and a VMS Technology Group, to enhance the delivery of contingent workforce solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Chelsea's expertise in consulting and innovation led to the development of cost-saving strategies and partnerships with technology providers. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Project Management from Columbia Southern University.
