Emma Potts

Emma Potts has extensive work experience in the recruitment and HR industry. Emma started their career as a Branch Manager at a Recruitment and HR Consultancy in 1998 and held this role until 2006. From 2006 to 2014, they worked at REED as an Area Manager and National Account Manager, where they were responsible for managing branches and delivering commercial targets. Following that, from 2014 to 2016, they served as a Client Development Director at Kelly. In 2016, they joined Randstad Sourceright as a Business Development Director, specializing in sales and technical solutions. In 2020, they moved to The Adecco Group, where they held various roles including Head of Group Sales and Global Vice President. Currently, they are working at Pontoon Solutions as the Global Vice President of Client Services and also holds the position of Head of Talent Acquisition for EMEA and APAC.

Emma Potts attended Loughborough University from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Prior to that, they attended Robert Smyth Upper School, although the specific years are unknown.
