Lucas Respondek

Lucas Respondek is an experienced recruitment professional with a focus on the EMEA region, having served as a Senior Internal Recruiter at Pontoon Solutions from August 2021 to April 2023 and as an Internal Recruiter prior to that. Before joining Pontoon Solutions, Lucas worked at Grafton Recruitment as a Talent Sourcer from July 2019 to August 2021, where responsibilities included analyzing candidate applications, conducting interviews, presenting job offers, verifying English language proficiency, and managing administrative tasks within the recruitment database. Lucas holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wroclaw, completed in January 2020.
