Deborah Lord

Deborah (Mickey) Lord, SPHR has over 20 years of experience in talent management and organizational development. Deborah (Mickey)'smost recent position was as the Director of Talent Management at POOLCORP, where they led the talent management processes. Prior to that, they were the President of Top Talent Consulting, LLC, a boutique consulting firm specializing in talent management system design and development. Deborah (Mickey) has also held roles as the Director of Talent Management at Roofing Supply Group and as the Principle Management Development Specialist at Exelon Generation. In addition, they have experience as the Manager of Training at The Raymond Corporation and as the Director of Organization Development & WorkLife at Syracuse University. Early in their career, they served as the Director of Organization Development and Senior Manager/Organization Development at Suburban Propane, as well as the HR Manager and Coordinator of Educational Services at Agway Energy Products. Throughout their career, Deborah has been responsible for various aspects of talent management, including succession planning, employee development, and training program design and implementation.

Deborah (Mickey) Lord, SPHR holds a Certificate of Advanced Study - Professional Practice in Educational Technology from Syracuse University, specializing in Instructional, Design, Development, and Evaluation (IDDE). Deborah (Mickey) also earned an M.A. in Policy Studies and Business from SUNY Empire State College. Deborah (Mickey)'sundergraduate degree is a B.S. in Theatre Arts from the University of West Florida. Additionally, they hold a Certificate in ILR - Human Resources Studies from Cornell University. Lord is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) obtained from HRCI. Deborah (Mickey) has further certifications as a Certified Behavioral and Values Analyst (DISC and Motivators/Values) and a Certified TriMetrix Analyst.
