Dustin Hinton

Dustin Hinton has a diverse and accomplished work experience. Dustin started their career in 1991 as a Network Engineer and PC Technician with Data Probe LLC, where they deployed network infrastructure and provided PC repair services. From 2000 to 2003, they worked as an Application Specific Product Engineer at Samtec Inc, designing and constructing custom electronic connectors and cables. At Humana, from 2003 to 2005, Dustin served as a Medicare CS/UX Business Analyst, performing customer service tasks and designing user interfaces. Dustin then joined the Indiana State Police as a State Police Gaming Agent, conducting investigations and overseeing digital evidence collection. From 2008 to 2013, Dustin operated their own web development agency, DustinHinton.com, offering a range of services including eCommerce, POS implementation, and digital marketing. Since 2013, they have been employed at POOLCORP, initially as a Citrix Migration Technician and then taking on various management roles such as Manager of Infrastructure and Senior Manager of Systems Architecture. In their current position as Technical Director of Solutions Engineering, their responsibilities include leading digital transformation projects and shaping technology strategy. Throughout their career, Dustin has demonstrated expertise in technology, project management, and innovation.

Dustin Hinton attended the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy (IGC/ILEA) in 2006, where they completed the ILEA/IGC Academy program in State Police. Dustin also obtained a Bachelor's degree from Indiana University from 2000 to 2003, with a primary focus on Business Management and a secondary focus on Criminal Justice. Before that, they attended Our Lady of Providence High School until 1999.
