Grzegorz Szpak

Grzegorz Szpak is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in backend development, architecture design, and team leadership. Currently serving as a Founding Engineer at Poolside since March 2024, Grzegorz previously held the position of Senior Software Engineer II / Tech Lead at Labelbox, where contributions included leading multiple projects related to the platform's architecture and reliability improvements. Prior roles include significant technical contributions at PageBites and Growbots, focusing on scalable backend solutions and data processing pipelines, as well as early career positions involving software engineering internships. Grzegorz holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and Bachelor's degrees in both Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Warsaw.
