Melanie Earles

Melanie Earles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare and management. Currently, Melanie serves as a Franchise Partner and owner/operator of Poolwerx in Haslet, Texas, providing specialized pool services. Prior to this, Melanie held several key roles, including Territory Sales Manager at Hitachi Healthcare Americas, where responsibilities included consulting on image management solutions, and as an Imaging/Health IT Consultant at Carestream, focusing on customer-tailored solutions. Additionally, Melanie worked as a Technical Consultant for Astellas Pharma, a Nuclear Medicine Technologist and Lab Manager at the University of North Texas Health Science Center, and an Allied Health Instructor at Baylor University Medical Center.
