Derrick Dass

Derrick Dass has over a decade of experience in HR roles. Derrick most recently served as the Head of People at Pop Meals, where they structured HR processes, introduced monthly HR costs, and implemented leave accrual. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Manager of People and Culture at Globee GBS, where they specialized the Talent Acquisition team, streamlined recruitment processes, and organized focus groups. Derrick also served as the Head of Human Resources at foodpanda and held various HR positions at Lazada Express Logistics, Sodexo, Digiphoto Entertainment Imaging, Kelly Services, and Job Hunt Sdn Bhd. During their career, Derrick has gained experience in managing headcount, implementing SOPs, mobilizing projects, and restructuring payroll. Derrick also took a break to volunteer with Make-A-Wish International and supported events to grant wishes to children with cancer.

Derrick Dass attended KDU College from 2004 to 2005, where they obtained a diploma in Hotel Management.
