Prongfa Uennatornaranggoon

Prongfa Uennatornaranggoon has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Prongfa started their career at Carluccio's in 2008 as a Regional Delicatessen Manager. Prongfa then transitioned to the role of Retail Food Buyer, where they focused on retail product development, sourcing high-end food products from artisan producers in Italy, and monitoring sales performance. In 2014, they co-founded Polpa. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Food Product at dahmakan, where they work with a smart team on an amazing product.

Prongfa Uennatornaranggoon completed their A-Levels in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at Oundle School, UK from 2001 to 2003. They then pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Biomedical Engineering at Imperial College London from 2003 to 2007.
