Steven H.

Steven H. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Steven is currently employed at Pop Yachts as a Regional Sales Executive since September 2019. Prior to this, they were self-employed as an Owner - Technology Consultant, focusing on automation engineering, project management, asset strategy, and predictive maintenance. Steven also had experience in full-stack web development, digital publishing, marketing, and sales. Additionally, Steven explored new technologies, renewable energy, and the Internet of Things (IoT) during this time.

Before becoming self-employed, Steven worked as a contractor at Microlinx Technologies LLC, where they focused on project management, support of automation, process control, and alternative energy. Steven also worked as a Newsletter Editor at Globalspec / Engineering 360, responsible for editing newsletters.

Earlier in their career, Steven worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at Invensys, where they performed field start-up and commissioning of control systems, as well as integration of foreign devices. Steven also provided application and HMI engineering, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and customer training and support. Prior to Invensys, Steven worked as a Product Development Engineer at Com-Tech, Inc., participating in the development and programming of a proprietary PLC system.

Early in their career, Steven worked as a Sigmagraph Engineer at Dainippon Screen America, installing and maintaining digital photo manipulation mainframe systems. Steven also gained experience in production engineering and electronics circuit troubleshooting at National Controls.

Steven H. pursued their education from 1981 to 1982 at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. During this time, they obtained a general degree in general studies. Following this, they attended DeVry University from 1982 to 1985, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (BSEET).
