Carmen Hevia Menéndez

Carmen Hevia Menéndez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Carmen currently works as a Product Design Director at Popcore, starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they were at King, where they held several positions including Associate Design Director, Principal User Experience Designer, Senior User Experience Designer, and Senior UX Designer from 2016 to 2022. Carmen also worked as a Teacher at Kschool from 2014 to 2020, specializing in applying psychology and neuromarketing for improving web conversion. Carmen was a Masterclass teacher in Psicomarketing and Neurodesign from 2013 to 2020. Carmen has experience as a Customer Experience Designer at Gameloft from 2014 to 2016. Carmen founded their own website, www.carmenhevia.es, from 2012 to 2016, utilizing applied psychology and brain science to understand human behavior in marketing and user experience. Prior to that, they worked as a Content Manager and Marketing Assistant at Hewlett-Packard from 2013 to 2014. Carmen also has experience as a Psychologist at Fundación Instituto Spiral, Uría Psicólogos, and Centro de Salud Mental de la Ería, starting from 2008.

Carmen Hevia Menéndez completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at the Universidad de Oviedo from 2002 to 2007. In 2013, they pursued a Masters in Community Manager, Online Marketing and Customer Management, known as MCO.
