Venkatesh Mallavarapu

Venkatesh Mallavarapu has a strong background in Salesforce, starting in 2010 with Dell as a Salesforce Administrator/Consultant. Venkatesh managed Salesforce users, conducted marketing lead imports, and addressed incidents and change requests. In 2015, they joined Ally as a Sr. Salesforce Consultant/Manager, where they launched the company into the mortgage business on the Salesforce platform and provided consultation services. In 2017, they joined Launch by NTT DATA as a Salesforce Delivery Manager, working with multiple clients and providing consultation services. Venkatesh later became the Salesforce Practice Lead, managing projects for Restoration Hardware and Williams Sonoma, among others. Currently, Venkatesh is working at Accellor (previously PopcornApps) as a Salesforce Principal Architect, leading design, collaborating in pre-sales consulting, and defining requirements for user-centric configurations.

Venkatesh Mallavarapu holds a Master of Science degree from San Francisco Bay University and a Bachelor's degree from JNTUH College of Engineering Hyderabad. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Designer, Salesforce Certified Data Architecture & Management Designer, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
