Sarah Saxty

Sarah Saxty has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current position as the Head of Finance at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen UK since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Financial Controller at Wahaca from 2022 to 2023. Before Wahaca, Sarah was the Financial Controller UK at DuluxGroup from 2021 to 2022. Sarah also spent three years as a Finance Manager at both The Bread Factory and GAIL's Bakery from 2018 to 2021. Sarah's career started at KPMG UK, where they worked as an Assistant Manager for five years from 2009 to 2014. Prior to KPMG, they had a summer internship in Fixed Income Sales and Analysis at Royal Bank of Scotland Business in 2007. Sarah'searly career also includes a role as a Senior Business Analyst in Group Financial Control at John Lewis Partnership from 2014 to 2016.

Sarah Saxty attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) where they obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Accounting & Finance. Sarah later became ACA qualified at ICAEW. In 2020-2021, Sarah attended Cambridge Judge Business School, specializing in Business Analytics: Decision-Making Using Data.
