Tristan Paul Vilchez

Tristan Paul Vilchez currently serves as the Director for People Operations at Poplar Homes since November 2016, where responsibilities include developing operational processes to enhance customer service and designing leadership training programs. Previously, Tristan held the role of Manager for Skills and Development at Poplar Homes, ensuring operational excellence through compliance training. Prior experience includes roles at Teleperformance as Customer Experience Improvement Lead and Operations Team Manager, where Tristan focused on process improvement and team performance management. Additionally, at Sutherland Global Services, Tristan was a Training and Development Facilitator and a Subject Matter Expert. Early experience includes an Operations Supervisor position at NCCC Supermarket Inc. Tristan holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Southeastern Philippines and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Mindanao.
