Su-Jin Lee is the Vice President and General Counsel at POPSUGAR, a global media and technology company. Su-Jin is responsible for all legal affairs and compliance matters for the company, including the lifestyle media publisher POPSUGAR, POPSUGAR Studios, the subscription box service POPSUGAR Must Have, and ShopStyle e-commerce search, marketplace and influencer network.

Su-Jin has over 20 years of experience in the legal field. Su-Jin began their career as a corporate associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Su-Jin then served as legal counsel at Mattel, Inc. before becoming a senior counsel and legal consultant at Thompson Legal Advisory Services. In 2012, they joined Flurry from Yahoo as an Associate General Counsel and was responsible for corporate governance, compliance, and commercial legal matters for the mobile analytics startup. The company was acquired by Yahoo in 2014.

In August 2014, Su-Jin joined POPSUGAR as Vice President and General Counsel. During their time at POPSUGAR, they have overseen multiple acquisitions, including the sale of ShopStyle to Rakuten in 2017. Su-Jin has also been instrumental in developing the company's global growth strategy.

Su-Jin earned their J.D. from Stanford Law School and their B.A. from Yale University. Su-Jin also served as a judicial extern for Judge Thelton Henderson at the U.S. District Court in Northern California.

Su-Jin Lee completed a JD at University of California, Hastings College of the Law, an MA in Sociology (with concentration in sociology of law and conflict management) at University of Virginia, and a BA in Sociology at University of Virginia.

Su-Jin Lee reports to Brian Sugar, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Arthur Cinader - Founder & EVP, Rob McLaughlin - VP, Insights, and Angelica Marden - SVP, Content Operations.
