Helen Boyian

Helen Boyian is an experienced legal and compliance professional with a diverse background in operational leadership. Current roles include Chief of Staff to General Counsel and Director of Legal Operations at Thrasio. Previously, Helen served as Director of Compliance & Monitoring, Director of Product Governance, and Director of Product Operations at HomeServe USA. Helen also held various vice president positions at Affinion Group, focusing on strategic initiatives and business integration. Additional leadership experience includes roles at Vcommerce Corporation and World Duty Free Inflight as Director of Vendor Operations and Director of Field Operations and Vendor Management, respectively. Helen holds a BA in Economics from Fairfield University, obtained between 1989 and 2003, and graduated from Brien McMahon High School in 1989.
