Shaira Melendez

Shaira Melendez, CPA, currently serves as Senior Vice President and General Auditor at Popular since 2018, previously holding the position of Assistant General Auditor. Prior to this role, Shaira was Head of Controllers at QMC Telecom International from 2015 to 2018. Shaira's professional experience also includes a managerial position at PwC from February 2014 to May 2015, and a Senior Manager role in Risk Management at Scotiabank from May 2013 to February 2014. Earlier in Shaira's career, positions included Senior Auditor and Tax Advisor Associate at PwC between 2006 and May 2013.
