Elise Deeqa Mugabo

Elise brings 20 years’ private sector and nonprofit experience in grant management and compliance; management of risk, subrecipients (SRs), and financial and administrative systems strengthening; and proposal, contract and budget development for a wide variety of U.S., European, and multilateral donors. Her entrepreneurial spirit and love for finding creative solutions to complicated problems characterize her work. She holds an MBA in international business, and is a native speaker of English, but also speaks French with proficiency. Elise has been a part of PSI since 2004, both in the field (Rwanda, Liberia) and DC.
