Esther Cha

Esther Cha is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in managing financial portfolios for global health projects. Currently serving as the Sr. Strategic Cost & Pricing Officer at Population Services International since September 2017, Esther oversees financial activities across Africa, Asia, and Latin America, ensuring accurate financial reporting and data analysis. Prior to this role, Esther worked at FHI 360 as a Financial Analyst II, supporting the English Access Microscholarship Program and managing cooperative agreements. Experience at John Snow Research and Training Institute involved overseeing financial operations for multiple projects under the Maternal Newborn and Child Health Center. Earlier positions included managing budget portfolios for the AIDSTAR-One project, teaching in the U.S. Peace Corps, and various analytical roles, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Virginia Tech.
