Meghan Butler

Meghan Butler is an experienced project management and operations specialist with a focus on health initiatives, particularly in malaria and HIV programming. Currently serving as Deputy Project Director at Population Services International since July 2013, Meghan ensures compliance with USG regulations and oversees a significant malaria project. Previous roles include leading operations in Kazakhstan and managing staff and projects in Guinea, successfully closing out substantial grants while fostering relationships with local officials. Meghan's background also includes oversight of USAID projects in Benin and diverse teaching experiences in Korea and the U.S., complemented by academic qualifications in psychology, French, and international development.
