Lauren McWilliams

Lauren McWilliams has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Lauren is currently the Director of HR Service Delivery at Populus Financial Group, where they oversee the talent acquisition and employment branding strategy for both corporate and field teams. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development at Animal Supply Company, where they focused on talent recruitment and organizational development. Before that, they served as an HR Manager at Apeiron Inc., where they managed all aspects of human capital management. Lauren also worked as an HR Manager at Vitality Group Executive Recruiters, where they were responsible for employee relations, payroll, candidate files, and conducting interviews.
