Mattie Motz

Mattie Motz is a dynamic professional in social media management and production, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of InBloom Social, LLC since April 2023, and Social Media Manager for Poquito Mas since November 2022. Motz has experience in supporting production at Warner Media's The Bachelor as a Production Assistant since September 2022. Previously, a Social Media Marketing Coordinator at Harry & David, Motz produced a Facebook Live morning show and managed social media for Wolferman's Bakery. Early career roles included co-executive producer for Southern Oregon University's RaiderTV, Social Media Manager for Riding Beyond Nonprofit and The Siskiyou Journalism, as well as administrative support for University Housing. Mattie Motz holds a BS in Communication with a focus on Social Media and Public Engagement, a minor in Business Administration, and a certificate in Interactive Marketing and E-Commerce, all from Southern Oregon University.
