As a Project Manager you are critical to the team's success and delivery of the expanding suite of applications. You will work closely with your counterparts in the US on business needs and direction, and then support the team through execution and delivery. The position is responsible for supporting the local engineering team through the Scrum process, ensuring they have clear direction to execute to, and providing regular status reports. Additionally, you may support the team with QA tasks or documentation as needed. You will be part of a newly formed and expanding team in a dynamic work environment.

 What You Will Do As A Project Manager

  • Act as the primary point of contact with the US Product and Engineering teams
  • Lead the team through the standard Scrum processes, sizing, estimating and executing to sprint tasks
  • Collaborate with product management and QA to ensure all tasks meet the requirements
  • Follow documented best practices, standards, and policies as it relates to software development
  • Assist with functionality testing (QA) and documentation

What You Bring As A Project Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science, or four years of equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience
  • 1+ years of Scrum Master experience
  • Understands and can speak to all aspects of the software development life cycle
  • Proven collaborator, with clear, open and honest communication
  • Adjust to new situations and escalate issues quickly for resolution
  • Proven experience working with US based business teams  
  • Excellent written and communication skills, both English and Hindi 
  • Ability to work within core US business hours / time zone expectations - Eastern Standard Time (EST) overlap
  • Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload
