Jeff Velez

Jeff Velez began their work experience in 1994 as a Branch Manager at IKON Office Solutions. Jeff then worked as a Loan Officer at HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation before becoming a Branch Manager at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in 2000. From 2007 to 2009, they served as a Sales Manager at Bank of America/Countrywide and later became a Branch Manager at Allied Home Mortgage. In 2011, they joined Vantiv as a Regional Sales Manager in the Southeast region. In 2015, they worked as a Vice President at Payments Direct, LLC. From 2009 to 2016, they served as a Branch Manager/Senior Loan Consultant at FBC Mortgage, LLC. From 2016 to 2023, they worked as the Regional Vice President of Sales - Southeast at Old Republic Home Protection. Jeff Velez is currently the Head of Strategic Partnerships at Porch Group, a position they have held since 2023.

Jeff Velez attended Pace University from 1982 to 1984, studying Marketing. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications such as Certified Payments Professional from the Electronic Transactions Association in 2012, FL 215 Insurance License from the State of Florida in 2009, and NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator License from the National Mortgage Loan System (NMLS) in 2009.
