Warren Allen

Warren Allen serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Nikau Foundation and holds the position of Chair for the Audit & Risk Committee at Dunedin City Council. Warren's extensive experience includes leadership roles at the International Federation of Accountants, where past roles include Past President, President, Board Member, and Deputy President. At PwC New Zealand, Warren is the Chair of the Audit Advisory Board. Additionally, Warren chairs the Audit and Risk Committee for the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade, the Office of the Auditor-General in New Zealand, and Porirua City Council. Warren is also the Hon. Treasurer at The Wellington Club and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee for the Anglican Diocese of Wellington. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Executive at the External Reporting Board from October 2015 to December 2019. Warren's educational background includes attendance at New Plymouth Boys High School.
