Jennifer Baker, CPTD, possesses a robust background in team and people development within the hospitality and education sectors. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Team & People Development at Port City Logistics, Inc. since September 2022, Jennifer has previously worked as a Training and Development Specialist at Hargray Communications. Other roles include Director of Operations at The Meeting Institute, Director of Education and Events at the Missouri Health Care Association, General Manager at Hotel Management Group, LLC, and Director of Activities and Training and Development Manager at American Hospitality Academy.
