Morgan Caswell is an accomplished professional in environmental management with extensive experience at the Port of Long Beach since June 2015. Currently serving as the Manager of Air Quality Practices, Morgan oversees the Air Quality Team and leads initiatives such as the Clean Air Action Plan and the Community Grants Program, successfully managing over $330 million in grants for cleaner technologies and zero-emission projects. Morgan's previous roles include Environmental Specialist Associate and Assistant, where skills in regulatory compliance, grant procurement, and community engagement were further developed. In addition to practical experience, Morgan has contributed to environmental education as a part-time instructor at Baker College and has held academic positions at UCLA. Morgan holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Health from UCLA and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Connecticut.
