Katherine Lam

Katherine Lam is currently a Commissioner at the Port of Portland. Prior to that, they were a Title Officer in the Refinance Department at Ticor Title Insurance Company from April 2002 to October 2003.

Katherine Lam has a Master of Business Administration from Marylhurst University, a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Pacific Lutheran University, and certification from the Department of Administrative Services in Salem, Oregon, the Human Resource Institute in Washington, D.C., and Concurrent Technologies Corporation in Bremerton, Washington.
