David Yow

David Yow has held various roles throughout their career. From January 2005 to July 2014, they worked as a Legislative Director at the California State Legislature. In August 2014, they became an External Relations Consultant at their own company, David Yow. Later, in July 2016, they joined the Port of San Diego as a Legislative Policy Administrator.
