Teri Donovan Hislop

Teri Donovan Hislop, ACE, currently serves as the ILWU 9 Union Vice President, representing members at the Port of Seattle SeaTac Airport operations. Teri has a long-standing career with the Port of Seattle, beginning in March 2012 as a Senior Operations Controller, responsible for centralized communication and coordination of airport activities in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations. Teri has also worked in aviation security as a Full Employee Screener and as a Parking Services Revenue Representative. Previously, Teri served as an ILWU 9 Executive Board Member and Shop Steward from 2017 to 2023. Additional experience includes roles as a Board Director at Linden Golf & Country Club and Owner/Director of Cascade Children's Montessori. Teri holds various degrees and certifications, including Airport Certified Employee and training in critical incident response and management skills.
