Justin Liao

Justin Liao currently serves as Chief of Staff at a stealth startup and holds the position of LP at Scenius Capital, a digital assets investment firm. As Partner at J Venture Partners, Liao focuses on early-stage consumer investments, while also acting as Founder of Portal, a company dedicated to improving sleep hygiene. Justin is an investor in Arweave, contributing to the development of a cost-effective data storage protocol. Previously, Liao advised Datavations on inventory optimization and served as VP of Strategy and Operations at BlockMedx, a health informatics firm. Liao co-founded Pulse Lab, enhancing enterprise partnerships, and produced content for VICE Media.
