Lynne Kelley MD, FACS

Lynne Kelley MD, FACS has had a long and successful career in the medical field. Lynne began their career in 1995 and has since held roles at multiple organizations. From 2005 to 2007, they were the Medical Director & Peripheral Interventions Management Board Member at Boston Scientific, where they were responsible for expanding the vascular surgery portfolio and facilitating clinical trials. From 2007 to 2011, they held the role of Worldwide Vice President of Medical Affairs at Kimberly Clark, where they established the Medical Affairs function and oversaw clinical trials. From 2011 to 2016, they were the Worldwide VP of Medical Affairs at Becton, Dickinson and Company, where they supervised a 25+-member global team and transformed the Medical Surgical Systems function. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Chief Medical Officer at Senseonics, Incorporated, providing clinical direction and visionary leadership. From 2018 to 2019, they were the Chief Medical Officer at Histogenics Corporation, leading the clinical organization through completion of Phase 3 clinical trial and BLA submission. From 2019 to 2020, they were the Chief Medical Officer at X4 Pharmaceuticals, responsible for the leadership of the medical, regulatory, clinical operations, biostatistics and pharmacovigilance functions. From 2020 to 2021, they were the Chief Medical Officer at Servier Pharmaceuticals, leading the medical function. Currently, they are the Interim Chief Medical Officer and Consultant at Portal Instruments and Wedgemere Consulting, providing both short and long term strategic and operational assistance across the spectrum of pharmaceutical, VC, biotech startups and device companies.

Lynne Kelley MD, FACS has an extensive educational background. Lynne received their Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, where they also studied General Surgery. Lynne also holds a Bachelor of Arts - BA from Boston University, where they studied Biology. Lynne has further studied Vascular Surgery at Harvard Medical School and Endovascular Surgery at Hôpital Henri-Mondor Ap-Hp.
