Kathy Hubbard

Kathy Hubbard is the Case Management Team Manager at The University of Vermont Health Network- Porter Medical Center. Prior to this, Kathy served as the Director of Nursing at Atlantic Shores Retirement Community and as the Internal Medicine Department Clinical Manager at Eastern Virginia Medical School. Kathy has extensive experience in staff development, team building, strategic planning, quality improvement, and leadership within various healthcare settings. Kathy holds a Master of Healthcare Administration degree from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Hampton University.
