Marat Yu is an experienced programme manager with a strong background in child rights and corporate social responsibility. Currently serving as Programme Manager at Porticus since November 2019, Marat previously held the position of Director of Service and Product for South and Southeast Asia at the Center for Child Rights & Corporate Social Responsibility. Marat has extensive expertise in women's empowerment within supply chains, demonstrated through management of BSR's HERproject from 2013 to 2018. Additional roles include Training and Development Manager at the Collaborating Centre for Oxford University and CUHK, International & Relief Service Officer at the Hong Kong Red Cross, and Policy and Planning Manager at the Mekong Institute. Marat's early career involved development work in India and training as a management trainee with MTR Corporation Limited. Marat holds a Master’s Degree in Development Studies from The London School of Economics and Political Science and an Executive Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing.
