Michele Palak has been working at Portillo's since October 2022 as the Construction and Facilities Purchasing Manager. Prior to this, Michele gained extensive experience in the purchasing field at Smithfield Foods, where Michele held various titles such as Senior Manager, Corporate Purchasing, Purchasing Manager, Senior Buyer for MRO and Packaging, Buyer for MRO and Packaging, MRO Manager, and Production.
