Patti Alumbaugh

Patti Alumbaugh has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, having been with Portillo's since November 1998 and progressing through various roles including Restaurant Manager, PM Supervisor, Market Manager, and currently serving as HR Business Partner since 2021. Prior to this, Patti held the position of Market Manager with Portillo's Hot Dogs, LLC from 2016 to 2021, with earlier roles as PM Supervisor and Assistant Manager. Patti holds a Bachelor of Science degree in English from Indiana State University, completed between 1987 and 1989.
