Josh Gately

Josh joined Portman Holdings in March 2014. In his current role as Development Manager, his responsibilities include sourcing, underwriting, and aiding the senior management team execute projects across multiple asset classes. Josh has specifically played a key role in Portman’s two most recent office projects, 615 South College and Coda at Tech Square.

Prior to joining Portman, Josh was an REO analyst at Rialto Capital, a distressed real estate investment company, in Atlanta, GA. He holds a Masters in Real Estate from Georgia State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Georgia. Josh is active in the Young Leaders Group of the Urban Land Institute.
