Rachel Loureiro Motta

Rachel Loureiro Motta has extensive experience in strategic leadership and project management, currently serving as Superintendente de Estratégia, Portfólio & Transformação at Porto since September 2016. Prior roles include Business Agility Manager, Líder da Prática de Agilidade at the Agile Transformation Office, and IT PMO Coordinator. Rachel's earlier career included positions at Capgemini as IT Delivery Manager from May 2014 to September 2016, and in various roles at Accenture and Capgemini, where the focus was on project coordination and process analysis. Rachel holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering/Industrial Management from Universidade Gama Filho.
