Damion Loukas

Damion Loukas is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in the maritime industry, currently serving as Operations Manager II in the Gate Department at Ports America since September 2014. With a proven track record in streamlining cargo delivery processes, fostering customer relations, and coordinating with Customs, Damion has also successfully led safety programs and mentored staff in various management roles within the Yard and Vessel Departments. Prior experience includes four years as an Associate Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual, where Damion built lasting client relationships by offering expert financial guidance. Damion holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from California State University-Long Beach and an Associate of Arts in Business from Golden West College.
