Joe has experience in managing container terminal operations, facilitating trade development, and leading commercial initiatives. Joe also has a background in project management within the medical field and has extensive experience in the maritime industry, including negotiations with labor unions and overseeing port operations. Joe obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History/Business from the University of Scranton.
