Douglas Ramsey is the Head of Hosting Customer Success at Portside, currently overseeing customer support and success teams. Previously, Douglas worked as the Manager of Customer Success at Stellar Labs, Inc., where Douglas successfully merged customer support and success departments. With experience in aviation operations at CTP Aviation, LLC and Solairus Aviation, Douglas has a strong background in flight coordination and client relations. Starting their career as a Flight Attendant at United Airlines, Douglas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Management from Dominican University of California.
