Jason Gilbert

Jason’s irreverent humor and empathetic demeanor balance out his numbers-and-facts-driven approach to management. Leveraging over two decades of IT, data analysis, and management experience, most of it in the Managed Services Provider space, he provides deeper insights to ticket trends and engineer performance. This in turn, allows for more versatile and efficient methods to improve the quality and speed of PCG’s service delivery. While he’s not much for longs walks on the beach, he does enjoy short walks to the fridge, woodworking, and loves dogs.
