Dean M. Carucci

Dean Carucci has a diverse work experience, with a focus on the healthcare industry. Dean currently serves as the Market President at HCA Healthcare - New England, overseeing three hospitals and multiple access points of care. Previously, they worked as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Portsmouth Regional Hospital, where they played a key role in providing tertiary level services and establishing various medical programs. Dean has also held positions at Overland Park Regional Medical Center, Parkland Medical Center, and CJW Medical Center. Additionally, they have been involved in mentoring at MassChallenge and held leadership roles in organizations such as the New Hampshire Hospital Association and the American Hospital Association. Carucci began their career at HCA as an internal auditor and has demonstrated a strong track record of financial and operational management throughout their career.

Dean Carucci earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Louisiana State University from 1997 to 2001. Dean later pursued and completed their MBA at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their degrees, Dean Carucci has also obtained the certification of Certified Internal Auditor from the Institute of Internal Auditors.
