Yun-Chia Ye began their career in 2017 as a Software Engineer at 和砹合, where they developed a platform with Django to provide team members to report issues and update status. Yun-Chia also auto-tested IPMI commands and redfish RESTful API when releasing BMC firmware, and according to the hardware schematic, they programmed the BMC drive function. In 2021, Yun-Chia Ye moved to Jigentec CO., LTD. (次元科技股份有限公司) as a Software Engineer, where they worked on an Image Recognition Service. Yun-Chia was responsible for extracting images from streaming, applying post-processing to the image, then sending to the recognition service. Yun-Chia also generated the dataset and trained the YOLOv4 model, optimizing detection accuracy up to 90%. Lastly, they built a WebSocket service for keeping push results to the frontend. Currently, Yun-Chia Ye is a Backend Engineer at Blocto (portto), a role they began in 2022.
Yun-Chia Ye completed a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from National Chung Cheng University between 2015 and 2017. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering from National Kaohsiung University of Applied Sciences between 2011 and 2015.
