This role will be on-site for the first six months to support onboarding, training, and team collaboration. After this period, a hybrid working arrangement will be available. 

  • Lead the execution of global product marketing strategies and campaigns, including the development of high-impact print materials.

  • Oversee the production of photography and videography for global campaigns, ensuring visual consistency and alignment with brand messaging.

  • Create customer-centric content, transforming technical product details into engaging and accessible features to highlight our collections.

  • Design and develop training materials for internal teams and customer training programs, enhancing product knowledge and usage.

  • Manage industry marketing strategies, from conducting market research to executing end-to-end campaigns and creating promotional materials.

  • Foster strong relationships across departments, ensuring timely delivery of marketing assets and campaign alignment.

  • Maintain product information databases and manage the digital asset system to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

  • Represent the company at both internal and external events, providing support and building brand presence.

  • Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve future marketing activities and strategies.

  • Take on additional tasks as required to contribute to the overall goals of the department and company.

REQUIREMENTS 

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar marketing role, ideally in a global or fast-paced environment.

  • A relevant degree or professional marketing qualification, with an in-depth understanding of marketing principles.

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to engage a variety of audiences.

  • Strong multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing priorities.

  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work seamlessly within a team and across departments.

  • Highly detail-oriented, with a talent for creating compelling, on-brand content.
